User Reviews: All of the employees seem to care. Many of the lay staff are in AA/NA. There is plenty of structure and accountability. The treatment center and the residences are at 2 close but different locations. There is to much time wasted shuttling back and forth. I went to this facility experiencing severe depression in my 27th year of sobriety. I needed help. I was treated like everyone else. I believe that they helped me even though I'm not sure in hindsight if their facility is really where I belonged.

User Reviews: This facility is great from start to finish. The staff is top notch. I cannot say enough about this program. My son had been to three other programs with no luck they were very shady and lied. When I took my son to Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches I was never so excited. He loves the program, the staff, and the facility. He will be graduating soon! His case manager has been wonderful. Families are kept informed and can make visits. If someone you know needs help this is the right place.

User Reviews: Aside from nursing staff, all the staff I met were former addicts and were well-meaning and wanted to help. However, I don't think they are adequately trained to deal with all types of drug withdrawal. A weakness was the inadequate security given the location of the Cottages. It is in a unsafe neighborhood. I cannot say this strongly enough. Do not send your loved one here. The womans facility at the Cottages is in an unsafe neighborhood... My loved one was in a one-to-one situation with an aide at the facility while going through withdrawal and was still able to get away to get drugs and worse. Stay away! I don't want anyone to go through what we went through at this facility.

The clinical staff is highly recommended and very knowledgeable. The residential staff was understanding, patient, and extremely supportive. I was not pressured into the ideology that did not sit right with me. I was able to establish a routine and engage in various methods of therapy which in turn has ultimately saved my life.
