The facility also gave counseling in peer groups where we could share our issues that were confined to our own selves before the treatment. I felt I can overcome them by facing them with the right approach.
Everyone here is looking for the same common goal: "To live a sober life." The patients obtain a lot of information and tools to help with their recovery during their stay. There are meditation and a great exercise program, private rooms. The staff is caring, knowledgeable and provide excellent guidance. They have an open ended program, which means you got to stay as much as you need to finish your program. I myself was treated with nothing but respect and never felt like an inconvenience when I would call to have questions answered.
I will start by saying that Break The Cycle Daytona Beach is one of the most beautiful places where I have lived. My stay at the facility is one of the best experiences of my life that I will always cherish. All of the staff and clients came along like a family. The facility is very neat and clean. Food is great. There are spas and space for indoor and outdoor activities. Although it was a rehabilitation program, I got to learn a lot of skills that I didn’t have before my stay at the facility. Will highly recommend!
