PORT Health Services’ mission is to help individuals and families navigate through life’s challenges by providing effective and efficient substance abuse, mental health and intellectual/developmentally disabled services and supports. Outpatient treatment programs provide services that include, but are not limited to, individual, group, family counseling, psycho-educational and psychotherapy and are defined services that may vary in level of intensity.
