User Reviews: I consider myself very lucky for ending up at First Health Moore Regional Hospital. I was welcomed by a friendly and caring staff and was allotted a nice room that came along with a number of entertainment options. The facility is well-maintained and clean and I also loved the outdoors. I learned a lot of skills and new things during group therapy sessions. Along with the treatment sessions, all of the clients were also exposed to a number of other fun activities like trips, outdoor BBQs, movie nights and stuff. I will recommend this facility to people who want to recover while having fun and learning new things.

User Reviews: We picked up our son yesterday and his comments on his experience at the holly hill children's hospital west wing. We got to watch movies and tv all day. We got dessert with every meal, we had arts and crafts, and plenty of free time to whatever we wanted. We gave him books to read and his school workbook, our son told us a boy ripped up all his books and staff did nothing. A boy hit my son, staff allowed it to happen and eventually sedated the boy and did nothing for my son. He came home with dirty clothes, all his books ripped up, he came home with 2 pills in a bottle that we took to the hospital. The hospital has meds and they should have used their meds not the ones we paid for to treat my sons ADHD. The staff looks lazy, playing on phones, unorganized enviroment, and they didnt have the proper paperwk for my son to be discharged. They were sitting around talking about their personal lives and 1 was sleeping next to my son, she was an RN. My son didnt have groups sessions, he was not told to work on anything the hospital gave him, he did what he wanted and now we have him and having the same issues we had the day we took him. Tell me how is this helping children by letting them do what they want you need to have healthy meals and healthy snacks, exercise and free time outside, get rid of your tvs, and video games, have more group time, have kids take responsibility for their behavior, have them do the school work we provide so they wont get behind, have familu sessions, stop drugging kids up and help them work on issues, and hire staff who want to help these kids and who will hold them accountable for their actions. Stop allowing them to come and play for 10 days because you're to lazy to do your job! The state needs to clean this place up and make changes. You should make sure the kids and their belongings are safe at all times not just when its convenient for you. Do your job and treat the behaviors, stop putting a bandade over the issues by drugging children up, and change your program so kids will not want to go back to your hospital. Stop sugar coating and blaming parents, trauma, etc and make kids take responsibility for their actions.

User Reviews: It would be least to say that I had the time of my life at this facility. They actually managed to make detox fun. Wilmington Treatment Center is simply a great place to be. A lot of fun activities, great food and there’s even Xbox installed in all of the rooms so you can imagine how many things you get to have to kill your time. Outdoor visits to the beach were also arranged by the staff and we once went to the cinema as well. I had a lot of fun during my recovery. I’m sober now for 3 months and intend to keep things this way. Thank you for your help guys.

User Reviews: At the time I was there the staff had a strong TA staff who had direct experience with addiction - it felt supportive and I hope that has developed into a more formal peer program. The Medical director was very knowledgable and supportive of a variety of treatment modalities - I left with a clear understanding that I needed to use every tool available to me! i was there almost 9 years ago. Things may have changed. When I was there the focus was very 12 steps, with not a whole lot of info on other recovery options. Direction toward Smart Recovery, CBT, DBT - all would have been invaluable. The insurance issues are obviously a problem everywhere. I was able to stay a very long time - others not nearly long enough. Another issue was the mixing of the genders. Way too much boy/girl drama! I believe later mixing was limited. Here is what I have learned about getting clean and sober. It would not have mattered what the facility offered. I was ready. I was teachable. Yes there are things that on reflection it would have been nice to have been offered - but the reality is that I was on the verge of dying. I heard what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it. Skilled professionals had said the same things to me, offered the same treatment at other facilities but I was prepared. It's not about the building, facilities or even the people delivering the services so much as the willingness to listen.

Latest Reviews Of Rehab Centers In Mount Pleasant NC
I will start by saying that PORT Health Services is one of the most beautiful places where I have lived. My stay at the facility is one of the best experiences of my life that I will always cherish. All of the staff and clients came along like a family. The facility is very neat and clean. Food is great. There are spas and space for indoor and outdoor activities. Although it was a rehabilitation program, I got to learn a lot of skills that I didn’t have before my stay at the facility. Will highly recommend!
Lumberton Health Center is amazing!! If you are struggling with self-medication, then go there. They literally saved my life and my marriage.
I am clean 61 days today and this place was great and gave me my life back. My counselor was great. They met all my needs. Cooked the best meals ever!
The educational sessions were engaging and informative for developing an individual treatment plan and a relapse prevention plan. There was this positive energy in their staff and an overall comforting vibe in the facility. Everybody deserves a better life and OSA Assessment/Counseling Service Inc here to help with it. As far as the counseling sessions, they were very on point and a lot of interaction with other clients. An incredible place with incredible people! I was smiling more and just happy to be there doing a rehab program that worked for me.
