User Reviews: Had scheduled appt at 11 am on 9/2/17. Arrived at 10:50 am. Receptionist was nice. After sitting in waiting room for 1.5hrs without anyone from hospital staff speaking to me. There were a total of 3 other patients in waiting room. During my wait only 2 patients were called back. This was the most insensitive and waste of time for me and my family. This facility is yet another embarrassment to our healthcare system. Shame on Holly Hill and the so called professional staff. Do not waste your time! There needs to be a clearing out of current staff or major training on customer relations and sensitivity to the task at hand. Find a new supervisor and nurses for starters. Between food, gossip, and cell phones, staff doesn't have time for patients. Bet they still get paid!!

User Reviews: I have worked in many facilities for addiction. I have recently sent someone who is a loved one to this facility and I can assure you this place is not equipped to deal with someone who is coming off of maintenance AKA Suboxone. They do not have the caseload the staff nor do they have the knowledge to prepare a proper treatment plan or work effectively on a caseload when they're managing 150 patients and at maximum . This place has truly disgusted me and I have worked in pretty bad places but this place takes top-notch it's not what it was in 2010 when the opiate epidemic started to bloom. If your loved one is looking for a facility I strongly suggest please going to an Al-Anon or nar-anon meeting and ask someone for advice and have your loved one go to an AA na CA or Coda meeting and finding someone who has a year or more with a working knowledge of the twelve steps and twelve traditions as their primary purpose is to share their experience strength and Hope. You guys are truly a disgrace to treating an addict like an addict when someone is there to get off of Suboxone who's been on it for years as maintenance. it's truly sickening to think a place where we send our loved ones is safe Falls in to The Stereotype that Society puts on an addict.

Treatment group effectiveness and engagement varies depending on group topic and group facilitator.
Drug addiction starts with the need for self-medication because of a number of psychological reasons. During my stay at the Horizons Outpatient Services, I learned how to fight my inner demons and it helped me rebuild my personality to start a new life. There’s a lot of learning and fun activities going on at the facility and people including the staff and patients are really nice to each other. I had a great experience with Horizons Outpatient Services and will recommend it people struggling with addiction.
Everyone from the director to the housekeeper to the chefs takes a personal interest in each and every patient. The facility was very clean and well run. Very peaceful, clean, great programs, great caring people. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. It had a great time at the facility. Classes are held throughout each day and cover topics from spiritual wellness to relapse prevention. The staff was wonderful and it changed my life completely.
This place was GREAT! I feel like they helped me with much more than I expected.
