How can being in the wilderness assist with recovery from substance abuse or chemical dependency?  There are many gifts that come from the adventure of being in a wilderness program, not the least of which is that the experience itself is an adventure. While more traditional recovery treatment programs allow you to have an adventure on an internal level, exploring parts of yourself you may not have been in touch with before, Four Circles’ wilderness program allows you to go on a transformational journey of self-discovery, a pilgrimage that is both internal and external.
