User Reviews: My son stayed here horrible experience. They took $1500 to get him in and stated take rest of whatever insurance would pay. After 10 days insurance didn't want to pay the questioned my son at all his counseling meetings about money. Finally took him out. Then bills for prescriptions were coming in because they were giving him more then the allotted amount in a period of time so nsurance wouldn't pay. They have now sent the bill over to collections. I say they should pay for it for the extra pressure and anxiety they put on my son who was trying to get help to stay clean. This place should be shut down!

Latest Reviews Of Rehab Centers In Mountain Home NC
A proper medical aid including psychotherapeutic medications is provided to people in recovery. The facility feels less like a rehab center and more like a resort. Their team works so hard to ensure that each patient gets the best results while feeling like they are in a safe, warm facility. Food is EXCELLENT! There are spas and space for indoor and outdoor activities. Truly amazing staff. I was able to beat my heroin addiction of 7 years at this facility.
Would recommend anyone to go there. Good treatment and nice facility. An overall great facility with supportive staff. Everybody is so kind and they are there to help people. And they are doing it from their heart. The place was amazing! Thank you so much and shout out to my case manager!
The facility was very clean and well run. The food was above my expectations. My counselors were thorough and usually always made time to speak to me personally. There was even an incident of disruptive behavior by a patient that happened to be related to one of the higher ups at the facility. We were all impressed when the facility kicked him out, as opposed to turning a blind eye to his behavior that was affecting our treatment. I would definitely recommend Tranquility Counseling Services to others seeking treatment.
Expert physicians at Daymark Recovery Services Wilkes County helped me to sustain the physical and mental balance. Alternate treatment methods like therapies and counseling sessions were provided to calm down the psychological trauma I was going through. Eastern and Western methods of treatment were involved and I felt motivated to live addiction free life. The extended care and support by the individual attention provided by counselors was a key to my recovery.
