They are equipped to help you detox with more natural remedies rather than pills. Of course, they have nurses administering medications when it is needed. MGCC Outpatient Counseling is a very well run Facility. The facility is very neat and clean. This facility has a great caring staff that goes out of their way to help the clients. They are very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend MGCC Outpatient Counseling to anyone who is desiring beating drug and alcohol addiction once and for all and for good.
Recovery Maine Inc was a wonderful experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. The amentities were unbelievable with a personal chef, Outdoor pool and volleyball court, indoor movie theater and pool table. They took you to an outside meeting every night. Yoga, acupunture, and massage therapy were also part of the program. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and more importantly a loved one!
Best Drug Rehabilitation is one of the most amazing facilities that I have ever been through. This place offered me a space where I could learn and grow as an individual. It taught me the life skills needed in order to be an effective member of society without needing drugs and alcohol. Through counseling, classes, and small groups they gave me the tools to stay sober that I had never received before. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and always there to provide support when needed. From my intake experience to my drive to the airport to return home; I felt validated and heard. Day One Goodwill Hinckley taught me how to love myself, gave me my voice back, and taught how to trust again. They gave me the things I had lacked in my life so that I could stay sober. They taught me that sobriety was a lifestyle change and that I was the chooser in my destiny. I will be forever grateful for this place.
I was really at ease when I got the chance to sit with the counselor at Mayo Regional Hospital Psychiatry and Counseling Services. It felt as if I was talking to someone I already knew. And someone who understands me through and through. I believe that was the start of my treatment at Mayo Regional Hospital Psychiatry and Counseling Services. I had completely relied on the staff and treatment at Mayo Regional Hospital Psychiatry and Counseling Services and my faith is completely maintained.

Getting Addiction Treatment Help
Across the state, alcohol remains the most commonly used substance, followed by tobacco, marijuana, and prescription drugs. In 2015, more than 1 in 3 treatment centers listed alcohol abuse as the primary reason for patient admission, followed by heroin use. The number of people seeking treatment for heroin-related substance use disorders has risen steadily over the past 5 years, exceeding synthetic opiates (such as fentanyl). Among pregnant women, more than 8 out of 10 admissions to substance abuse treatment are related to opioids.
Given the serious medical, social, and personal harm that addiction can place on an individual, it’s important to seek treatment. You can begin by calling treatment centers and seeing what services they offer. If you have insurance, it will likely pay for some basic treatment services.
It’s a good idea to make a list of questions beforehand, including cost and payment options, what types of insurance plans are accepted at the facility, room types (private vs. shared), visitor policies, and so on. For additional help finding the treatment center that’s right for you, call us today to speak to a support specialist.
Where Else Can I Find Help?
For many people, cost of rehab remains a huge barrier in seeking treatment. If you do not have insurance or enough money to cover the cost of private rehab, there are ways you can get care. For example, many centers offer services based on a sliding scale, meaning that you can pay what you can based on your income.
If you are searching for a treatment program in your area, you can use SAMHSA’s free treatment locator tool. Once you enter your zip code, you can view the rehab centers in your area. You can ask the center about payment options, and what resources they offer for someone who does not have funds or insurance. There may also be local resources that help people in addiction recovery get the help they need. For example, the Portland Recovery Community Center located at 468 Forest Ave. in Portland, Maine, offers all services free of charge.
