Provider Description

Program specializes in providing detoxification services using methadone or suboxone to help individuals who have drug dependency problems withdraw from the presenting addictive drug (usually heroin, oxycodone or morphine).

Eligibility
Adults with substance abuse problems

Call to be sure you satisfy admission requirements and to set up admission interview and physical. Bring photo ID.
Fees: Fee for Service Initiative (FFS); Mutual Agreement Program (MAP); DUI Initiative (DUII); Work First NJ-Substance Abuse Initiative (WFNJ-SAI); Drug Court; Medicaid NJ; Self pay/sliding scale; Methadone Treatment - $85/wk; Outpatient Treatment - $93/wk; IOP - $220/wk; Accepts some private insurance

As a fully licensed and approved Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program, Stateline Medical provides a safe haven for opiate-dependent individuals to obtain the services they need to break the cycle of addiction. MMT has been proven to be the most successful treatment for opiate addiction. MMT for opiate addiction is supported with a full complement of substance abuse and life-skills counseling as well as supervised medical care.
