Provider Description

We provide a wide range of psychological services, applying behavioral principles to improve the mental and physical health of our clients. We offer services to both adult and adolescent clients. Although our practice primarily deals with adults and adolescents, at times we will see children under the age of twelve, depending on the nature of the problem. Please contact us about treatments available for childhood disorders. We treat every client as an individual with a unique set of problems and needs, therefore our approach to therapy is tapered to meet those unique needs. We begin with a Cognitive Behavioral foundation for conceptualizing problems. This form of therapy is a collaborative effort to identify and modify the thought patterns and belief structures that contribute emotional and behavioral problems.
