Provider Description

Affordable treatment center. Services include: At Sojourner, we utilize a holistic approach  to provide substance abuse treatment to the families we serve. Programming consists of individual counseling, group therapy, family sessions, lectures and discussion groups. We view chemical dependency as a disease and blend Motivational Enhancement, Seeking Safety, Seven Challenges, Stages of Change, Cognitive Behavioral, and Acupuncture  as our primary therapy models of choice. Treatment plans are individualized to fit the specific needs of the client. Length of stay is contingent upon the client's progress in treatment and highly individualized based on their specific needs. Significant focus and effort is put forth to identify special needs of our clients and refer them to the appropriate sources.

Sojourner offers a comprehensive continuum of care, which includes: Residential, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Discharge Recovery Planning. All clients are assessed to determine the appropriate level of care.

Costs for treatment: Medicaid and sliding scale based on ability to pay.

Contact hours: 24 hours a day any day.
