Why Go to Drug and Alcohol Treatment in Akron, OH?
Alcoholism recovery necessitates a total change of one's lifestyle and perceptions. Substance abuse addiction can be co-occurring with mental health disorders, trauma, or behavioral issues. Drug and alcohol addiction is a debilitating disease that changes the mind as well as the body. Until we address the underlying reasons for chemical dependency, there is little hope for continuing sobriety. Latest Reviews Of Rehab Centers In Akron OH
I have been to rehab now 3 times and this was by far the best experience I have had. I stayed for 41 days and the experience was amazing. It is true when they say that Harbor Behavioral Health is the best, cause they are! They treat the underlying causes of the disease and not just have you stop using. My therapist was great, the management is so understanding and amazing. It really is like a family. I am now at a sober living but I miss Harbor Behavioral Health but I promised, I will only go back as a success story on alumni day. Thank you, Leanne, Jeff and the rest of the amazing people here. If you have a problem, this is the ONLY place to call.
I entered treatment at New Destiny Treatment Center Clinton in a horrible state of mind and was not healthy physically. Upon my discharge, I feel like a completely different person. The staff cares for every person who enters through their doors. The number of clients at a single time is low enough so that clients are not just "a number". They get to know each person on a personal level. The food is amazing. I have a second chance at a fulfilling life thanks to each and every person there. Thank you New Destiny Treatment Center Clinton.
It really is a mountain resort with amazing people. It was okay. The staff is genuinely caring. This program saves lives every day and is highly recommended. At this center, they help addicts with just about every kind of addiction one can be suffering from. I practiced so many skills while I was there and felt set up for success when I left.
The facility was very clean and well run. The food was above my expectations. My counselors were thorough and usually always made time to speak to me personally. There was even an incident of disruptive behavior by a patient that happened to be related to one of the higher ups at the facility. We were all impressed when the facility kicked him out, as opposed to turning a blind eye to his behavior that was affecting our treatment. I would definitely recommend The Village Network - Newark to others seeking treatment.
