The program's objective is to provide assistance to Purdue employees and their families in dealing with personal or family problems (including substance abuse and mental health concerns). Services include short-term counseling for personal, family and workplace problems; assessment and referral; and advocacy. Some financial assistance with the cost of counseling is available through the EAP Fund for dealing with issues not covered by medical insurance plans.
