Provider Description

Prairie Center Health Systems, Inc. is a registered 501c3 not-for-profit, privately owned, comprehensive substance abuse education and treatment agency for adolescents and adults.

Community based case management services are provided to clients in need. Information and Referrals to other helping agencies and to mutual help recovery support groups are a part of this case management service. Other services provided include DUI Evaluations and Risk Education, HIV Education & Testing, Drug Court, New Beginnings (Women’s Program), Federal Probation Substance Abuse Aftercare. Adult Family Education services and support are available for clients and their family members.

Fees:Self pay, insurance, Medicaid, and other third party payment is accepted. Sliding fee scales are available to those clients unable to cover the full cost of treatment who meet family size, income, and residence criteria. Services provided by Prairie Center are partially funded through federal, state and local grants. No one in need is turned away because of inability to pay for services, however, state grants do not cover all costs.
