NHCSC  mission  is to reduce alcohol/drug use and misuse, domestic-violence, gang violence, and sexual misconduct amongst the communities, neighborhoods, families, children and individuals. We strive to develop and promote healthier lifestyles to bring about change and bring a new beginning to those who are struggling to make life better for themselves, their families, friends, and community.
