New Directions does extensive counseling with couples, families, and individuals.? We provide marital counseling for everything from healing a broken marriage to planning a divorce that will work for everyone involved. People pursue counseling for a variety of reasons. Some may enter therapy to address major life changes and others may seek help to manage mental health conditions such as depression. Some of us experience physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, and trauma.? Whatever life’s circumstances are, New Directions is here to help you overcome these issues.
