A full range of outpatient services are available to children, adolescents and adults who experience mental illness or emotional disturbance.A full range of outpatient services are available to children, adolescents and adults who experience mental illness or emotional disturbance. Substance abuse treatment is available to adolescents and adults presenting with an addictive disease. Assessments are based on the ASAM criteria which identifies the level of care needed as indicated by their treatment needs.
