Provider Description

We provide support to our clients through individualized treatment programs.

LAPP determines client responsibility for fees on a sliding fee scale based on household income and family size. Many Licking County residents qualify for free assistance.

We are accredited by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and CARF International.

Payment and Insurance Accepted:

- Self Payment
- Private health insurance.
- Medicaid
- Sliding Fee Scale


Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
