Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (OP)
La Esperanza is the Hispanic Family Center’s bilingual outpatient treatment program for individuals with an addiction. This innovative program also includes a special track specifically designed for women.

Both programs involve an intense focus on individual and group counseling and encourage family involvement during treatment to help one achieve wellness and sustainable recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Hispanic Family Center’s intensive outpatient substance abuse program provides guidance to support individuals on their recovery journey. Individuals learn a range of valuable recovery skills including:

Coping with alcohol and drug cravings
The importance of managing their time effectively
Practicing effective communication
Finding healthy ways to reduce stress
Identifying triggers and learning healthy ways to deal with them
Improving decision-making abilities
Creating healthy relationships
Understanding brain chemistry changes
Stages of Change and Relapse Prevention


Hours: Monday, Thursday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
