Provider Description

Day Treatment is a community-based treatment offered to persons who have a diagnosis of mental illness. The program offers an individualized plan of care that considers a person's unique presenting problems, needs and preferences in providing therapy on an intensive basis, four or more consecutive hours per day. The primary therapeutic modality is group therapy; in the form of psychoeducational, social rehabilitation, and process and activity groups. Individual therapy is included based upon individual need.
