Provider Description

We are an out-patient behavioral health clinic that provides general and intensive services in both individual and group treatment. In addition, we provide family treatment, relapse prevention, medication and psychiatric evaluations. We offer substance abuse treatment both individual, group, and intensive treatment.

Professional staff utilizes Evidence Based Best Practices in providing their treatment. All staff our licensed counselors or social workers or nurse practitioners.

Services are provided on a sliding fee scale.

You are responsible for your payment. We accept AHCCCS plans, Private Pay, and have a sliding scale based on your income for our private-pay clients. We will need to verify your income. Call 602-264-9891 for more information on the requirements and to see if you are eligible for a discounted rate.
