Overview

The Community Support Program (CSP) serves people with a serious mental illness and consists of the following services: Outpatient Case Management for persons living in their own apartments which provides regular and intensive case management. This may include medication monitoring, money management, illness management, training in Activities of Daily Living, linkage with needed services and/or whatever may be needed to help the person function as independently as possible.Outpatient Clinical Case Management provides individual and group therapy for persons with a serious mental illness.Cluster Apartment Program places people in apartments within an apartment complex with staff available on site from 7:00 am-10:30 pm throughout the week which provides more intense work with staff.
