The staff is great, they cover a lot of different aspects of your recovery. Ample one on one counselor services with clients. The staff cares deeply about everyone that walks through the doors. The staff listens to all concerns and rectifies them. The staff is caring, understanding and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience here.
This facility and program exceeded my expectation. The staff was very knowledgeable, some from experience and others from education, but they were there for me every step of my recovery. The facility was very clean and comfortable with plenty to do. Also, the food was great, the chefs at the facility were so funny and cooked us great meals every day.
Living quarters are comfortable. Comfortable beds and linens. Laundry available. This facility does a great job ensuring that clients get out in the real world during their stay via field trips, grocery shopping, and 12 step meetings. Many staff members are in recovery, so they are more empathetic than most. Meals are good. Staff is caring. A small facility so the clients really have a chance to support one another. The staff listens to all concerns and rectifies them.
