A real gym/fitness area is sorely needed as well as a participatory music program and a library. Also, there should be a central, neutral area where men and women may talk especially to discuss the impact of some of the lessons. It is not a natural situation to be a bi-gender facility with NO communication. Staff observation and redirection as required may be appropriate. I feel that everyone was treated with respect even though some of the clients did "push the ticket ". Again, I feel that the staff, professional or other express a personal interest in clients welfare and health. I have difficulty imagining anyone getting more personal treatment, anywhere.
