User Reviews: overall wonderful experience It is true when they say that First Health Moore Regional Hospital is the best, cause they are! It has a veteran staff that cooperates and makes program adjustments on an ongoing basis. ALL of the staff are so caring, knowledgeable and helpful. User Reviews: Had scheduled appt at 11 am on 9/2/17. Arrived at 10:50 am. Receptionist was nice. After sitting in waiting room for 1.5hrs without anyone from hospital staff speaking to me. There were a total of 3 other patients in waiting room. During my wait only 2 patients were called back. This was the most insensitive and waste of time for me and my family. This facility is yet another embarrassment to our healthcare system. Shame on Holly Hill and the so called professional staff. Do not waste your time! There needs to be a clearing out of current staff or major training on customer relations and sensitivity to the task at hand. Find a new supervisor and nurses for starters. Between food, gossip, and cell phones, staff doesn't have time for patients. Bet they still get paid!!

User Reviews: Loved it and the people. The Wilmington Treatment Center at Wilmington is just what one would expect for anyone who requires help with de-addiction. Excellent approach to rehab. If you or your loved one is having a problem with drugs or alcohol check out this place. The patients are allowed to participate in community service projects. Between the great staff members, the multi-modality approach that they offer, and the malleable length of time of the program itself really made this the program that was able to make all the difference in my overall recovery process.

User Reviews: The rehab facility was clean. The food was so so. It is a group oriented approach. I wish there was more one on one time. This treatment facility relies heavily on the 12 steps. I believe this helps many people but is not a one size fits all approach. This is how they teach it too. It lays good groundwork and anyone who wants help and is willing to go with the treatment will have a good stay. At that point in my life I did not get what I needed from them. This was probably because I was young and still in a denial phase. It took me about 5 years after being in the facility to finally quit drinking.
