Offers outpatient and residential services.

Provides education and substance abuse treatment for non-parenting women, parenting women and their young children, including the homeless, MediCal and CalWORKS beneficiaries, and General Relief recipients.

A safe, homelike independent living facility for pregnant and parenting women and their children, as well as non-parenting women, while they participate in our treatment and recovery programs. While they live in the Satellite Home, we ensure that pregnant participants receive prenatal care, and that other participants, including children, receive medical care. We also provide transportation to and from the housing unit to our treatment programs and other community services, including job training and education

The program provides residential substance abuse programs for women and their children, including pregnant women, in the Long Beach area. The agency prefers women over 18 with one or two children under the age of 13. They will accept teen parents with parental consent. There are beds available for CalWORKs and MediCal recipients. There are no geographic restrictions.

This is a six-month to one year long program that includes alcohol and drug abuse awareness, education on the effects of drugs and alcohol on the body, education on the process of addiction, relapse prevention programs and twelve step meetings; it also includes classes on anger management, assertiveness training, communication skills, domestic violence, health and fitness, life skills, parenting and vocational training.

Fees are set on a sliding scale which ranges from $150 for a single woman to $350 for women with children for rent payment.

Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. Intake hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
