The Mission of the Wicomico County Health Department Behavioral Health Program is to provide comprehensive, integrated mental health and substance abuse services that promote the health and quality of life for the residents of Wicomico County and surrounding communities.  We are committed to providing prompt access to resiliency and recovery based services in a caring and confidential environment.
