Provider Description

Unified Community Services provides a mixture of mental health and substance abuse treatment services to adult men and women in an outpatient setting. These services include but are not limited to behavioral health, trauma related counseling, individual and group counseling, anger management and relapse prevention. Types of payment accepted includes cash or self payment, medicare and private health insurance. A sliding fee scale is available for those in need of financial assistance.
