At TrueNorth Wellness, we listen to the concerns of our clients and work with them to determine where help is most needed.  Our counseling specialists create confidential, therapeutic environments, either in the home or at our offices, where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings in order to help them focus on improving their health and wellness.  Our goal is to ensure that clients receive the support they need, when they need it, by providing quality outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling within areas such as individual counseling, trauma counseling, substance use disorder treatment, school-based therapy services and more.
