Provider Description

Southside medical center serves all men and women 18 years of age and older. They offer five phases of treatment: Stabilization, Early Recovery, Active Recovery, Maintenance or Transition, and Aftercare. Locations are Butts County Medical Center, East Point, Forest Park, Gresham, Lovejoy, Norcross, and Riverdale.
