Provider Description

Services Offered:

Offers services to individuals and families with alcohol abuse and/or substance abuse problems.
Provides outpatient individual, group, and family counseling and referrals for inpatient treatment and other levels of treatment.
Satellite Offices in Gouverneur, Massena and Potsdam.

Fees: Offers a sliding scale based upon ability to pay which ranges between $8 and $90.  Medicaid and other third party insurance plans are accepted. No one denied services based on inability to pay.
