ORCHARD PLACE (PMIC) Psychiatric Medical Institute for Children: a PMIC facility for emotionally disturbed children between the ages of 10 to 17 and is operated by Orchard Place, a private, non-sectarian, non-profit corporation. Orchard Place can accept children of average or potentially average intelligence who evidence a desire for help and a willingness to make a commitment to treatment. No child is denied admission on the basis of race, religion, creed, or residence.
