Provider Description

Provides a substance abuse residential treatment program, has the 12 step counseling program. Transitional living shelter and halfway house for men only with an alcohol or substance abuse problem. To be eligible: People with an alcohol and/or substance abuse problem. Contact agency for requirements.

Office hours:  8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon. - Fri.; 24 Hours. 7 Days. (Intake).

Costs for services: Contact for rates and discounts as they vary for people in different financial situations.

Fees:$100.00 weekly fee when employed, for food,shelter, and transportation.

Documents:None required. Will assist in getting vouchers to purchase an ID card.
