Provider Description

Land Manor, Inc. is primarily funded by the Texas Department of State Health Services, Texas Department of Criminal Justice and Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitive Services.  We are also enrolled as a Medicaid provider.
 
If you or someone you know is having substance abuse problems and are in need of rehabilitation, contact one of the facilities below for screening and assessment. 

Land Manor, Inc. operates three residential/outpatient substance abuse treatment programs and one prevention/intervention/outreach HIV program and  has been servicing Jefferson, Hardin and Orange Counties, as well as all of Southeast Texas and beyond for over 42 years.
 
Under the management of a board of directors and licensed and credentialed professionals, each facility maintains a staff of  licensed counselors, counselor interns, direct care staff and adminstrative staff professionals.   All facilities are located in Beaumont, Texas.
