Provider Description

Lake Region Human Services Center provides quality, efficient and effective human services to help improve the lives of people. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. A sliding fee schedule is available. They provide three levels of treatment, low intensity outpatient, intensive outpatient treatment and day treatment.

Location services description: Substance abuse treatment, Detoxification. Treatment received at location: Residential short-term treatment (30 days or less), Residential long-term treatment (more than 30 days), Outpatient, Partial hospitalization/day treatment Types of patients treated:
