Provider Description

Provide treatment including:
*Group counseling
*Individual counseling
*Skill building
*Education
*Random urine drug screening, and/or family treatment sessions and case management in a structured, clinical setting.

Outpatient treatment provided at the DeKalb Addiction Clinic is abstinence-based and recovery-oriented.

Schedule:

Day Intensive Outpatient: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9 am to 12:30 pm

Evening Intensive Outpatient: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 5 pm to 8:20 pm


Payment accepted:

- Self Payment.


Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Services: Alcohol Treatment; Alcohol/ Drug Trmt; Crisis Intervention; Drug Treatment; Mental Health Centers; Outpatient Mental Health Svcs; Outpatient Sub Abuse Svcs; Substance Abuse Hotlines;
