Keystone is committed to providing every citizen access to affordable, high quality nationally accredited behavioral health services, encompassing prevention, intervention and treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life of individuals, families and community affected by the problems associated with substance abuse.
We never want someone who needs Keystone to stay away because of cost.
Keystone has to charge for services.

-? Government funding only covers 34% of the cost of our basic services.
-? The state of South Carolina requires us to charge fees for our services.

Fees may be reduced according to set scales based on your household size and income.? Complete documentation of household income is required and must be provided at the time of service to be eligible.? There may be certain programmatic or flat fees that cannot be adjusted.
