Provider Description

The mission of the Karuk Tribal Health and Human Services Program is to provide quality health care for Native Americans and other people living in the communities we serve as resources allow. Our purpose is to appropriately assess or reassess conditions of illness, disease, or pain, and to provide culturally appropriate educational, preventative, and therapeutic services in an environment of continuous quality improvement.

Types of addiction treatment care provided

  •     Outpatient Alcohol Treatment: At-home, day/partial hospitalization alcohol programs, 12-Step meetings, alcohol sponsors, alcohol breathalyzer programs, intensive outpatient program (IOP).
  •     Holistic rehabilitation treatment, alternative treatment

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Closed for lunch 12pm-1pm
Closed Thursday mornings until 9am and for most major and Tribal holidays.
