KAR House Residential Program
This program serves clients who are assessed at an ASAM III.1 to III.5 level. It is long-term treatment based on the individual progress of each client. KAR House is a small, 12 beds, co-ed program that provides a modified Therapeutic Community modality of therapy, and services for co-occurring disorders.
Payment is on a sliding fee scale based on income and other factors, also accepted is cash, self-payment, medicaid, medicare, state financed health insurance other than medicaid, private health insurance, and military insurance.
Location services description: Substance abuse treatment, Halfway house. Treatment received at location: Residential long-term treatment (more than 30 days) Types of patients treated: Persons with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, Women, Men, Criminal justice clients
