Provider Description

Provides individual and group counseling, standard outpatient, intensive inpatient programs and aftercare for adults and adolescents.

Our services include:

  •     adult services
  •     child and family services
  •     psychiatric hospital services
  •     residential rehabilitation and outpatient substance abuse services
  •     primary health care services through our HealthCare Connect Clinic
  •     crisis services which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Hours      Mon-Thu 8am-5pm administration; 24-hours crisis services
Program Fees     Sliding fee schedule; AHCCCS and insurance accepted
Languages     English, Navajo, Sign, Spanish
