Provider Description

We offer inpatient and outpatient programs for adults, ages 18+ struggling with behavioral health or substance use disorders. Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is provided three days a week, and we offer both behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services. The Chemical Dependency IOP meets three days a week and offers case management and treatment planning services.
