Provider Description

We are part of the system of care administered by the County of Santa Clara Behavioral Health Services Department – Substance Use Treatment Services. Our clients come to us primarily through the County’s Gateway referral system, which coordinates adults’ treatment along the continuum of detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient treatment combined with transitional housing, and outpatient treatment. Our services are strengths-based, trauma-informed, and focused on recovery. Linkages are made to our mental health services, as appropriate. Our counselors also are experienced serving clients with co-occurring disorders, such as substance use and mental health disorders.
