Empire Recovery Center Inc provides substance abuse treatment services in both a residential and outpatient setting. The services offered include motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, parenting classes, AA, NA, a veteran specific program and more.? Our counselors are registered and certified by approved California credentialing agencies, and have knowledge, empathy and experience in the substance use disorder field. We are funded by contracts, donations, private pay, Drug Medi-cal (outpatient services only), and we can bill private insurance.
