Center for Change and Recovery LLC provides a mixture of mental health and substance abuse treatment services for adult men and women in a outpatient setting. These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, substance abuse counseling approach, trauma related counseling, motivational interviewing, anger management, individual and group counseling and relapse prevention. Types of payment include cash or self payment and private health insurance. A sliding fee scale is available based off of income and other factors. Payment assistance is also available.
