Carbon County Counseling Center was established in 1969, with the purpose of providing mental health and substance abuse services to residents of Carbon County. The mission is to enhance the quality of individual, family and community life by providing mental health and substance abuse services that are available, accessible, and responsive to the needs of individuals, families and groups seeking assistance, and to work with community agencies to contribute, facilitate and promote wellness and mental health services for underserved families.
