The clubs and programs offered include : POWER HOUR: provides tutoring, reading and academic support by volunteer tutors, ages 6-12, PROJECT LEARN: educational enhancement program which engage youth in academically beneficial activities, discussions, helping others, homework help, and tutoring games such as scrabble, and chess that develop youth cognitive skills, ages 12-18,CAREER EXPLORE CLUB: introduces young people to a wide range on career opportunities, ages 13-15, KEYSTONE CLUB: leadership and service club, ages 14-18, SMART GIRLS: a health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement program to encourage healthy attitudes and life styles, ages 10-15, SMART MOVE SKILLS AND RESISTENCE TRAINING: helps youth resist alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, as well as premature sexual activity, ages 6-12 and 13-16, STREET SMART: counteracts the negative lures of gangs, violence and "street" influences on young adolescent, ages 11-13, SPORTS AND RECREATION OPPORTUNITIES: boys and girls basketball and other organized sports and activities, SMART MOVES FOR PARENTS AND OTHER ADULTS: this group will provide an opportunity to discuss and provide feedback for the purpose of building positive relationships. AFTER SCHOOL "ART PACK" CLASSES: for youth ages 6-18, 4:30pm-6pm. Summer camp offered during the Summer months.
