Adams Outpatient Behavioral Health opened its doors in 2004, offering counseling services to residents throughout the northeast Indiana counties of Adams, Jay, Wells, and neighboring Van Wert and Mercer Ohio counties. Adams Outpatient Behavioral Health is located at 815 High Street, Suite C, Decatur. Respecting privacy and offering comfort to our clients is of utmost importance for our team of staff which includes a program director, licensed mental health and addictions counselors and licensed clinical social workers, as well as a professional office management staff.
