Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM 

Bay Mills Department of Health and Human Services provides many beneficial services for mental health, social services, and substance abuse. Services are available to both Native American and Non-Native American families, when caseloads allow. Bay Mills Health Center provides superior services using a patient-centered and multi-disciplinary approach to improve the health and quality of life for the surrounding rural communities. 

Insurance accepted. Sliding Scale Fee for those who do not obtain insurance. 


Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
