Provider Description

Aletheia House provides a range or specialized treatment options for men, women, children and veterans. Comprehensive substance abuse outpatient program for women and children is offered for free to medicaid eligible women. A mens residential program is also offered in the form of a supportive residential treatment program. It is designed to help men who have histories of addiction, unemployment and or homelessness recover from their drug and alcohol use find a job and connect to affordable, drug free housing. These services are free until participants are employed and being paying a modest program fee.?

Substance Abuse Treatment

Mother's Hope
Mother's Hope is a substance treatment program that specializes in the treatment of pregnant women, newly post-partum mothers, and women with dependent children aimed at helping these women recover from their use of drugs or alcohol. The program is open to ALL Medicaid-eligible women and accepts referrals from across the state of Alabama.

Women's Hope
Women's Hope provides women with a comprehensive substance abuse outpatient program designed to address the specific needs of women and their children. Services are FREE for Medicaid-eligible women. Services include:

    Transportation to class (as needed)
    Employment Assistance
    Partner Therapy
    Life Skills Coaching

MEN'S RESIDENTIAL
Men's Residential is a supportive residential treatment program designed to help men who have long histories of addiction, unemployment and/or homelessness recover from their drug and alcohol use, find a job, and connect to affordable, drug free housing. Services include:
    SUPPORTIVE RESIDENTIAL CARE
    INDIVIDUAL GROUP AND FAMILY COUNSELING
    LIFE SKILLS TRAINING
    LINKAGES TO OTHER SOCIAL SERVICES
    EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE
    TRANSPORTATION
    HOUSING ASSISTANCE
These services are FREE until participants are employed and begin paying a modest program fee.

The first step to get help for you or someone else is to call and make an appointment to talk to a counselor.
There is no cost for this counseling and everything will be kept confidential.
