Provider Description

Provides intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program for dual-diagnosis clients. Combines aspects of 12-Step and SMART Recovery approaches, and is person-centered and recovery oriented. Acu-Detox is also available. Includes assistance with preparing for work, school, and participation in community life.

Hours      Mon-Fri days and evenings administration; 24-hours hotline
Program Fees     Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts private insurance
Languages     English, Spanish; other languages through phone interpreter
Eligibility     Adults with a serious mental illness
